The company is very, very big and almost everyone has heard of someone's failure in the company. This is just my opinion, but I think that Amway business, in terms of growing a team, is less than appealing. But, if this is what you're looking for in a business, then go for it.

How about Amway training and support? Their system is one of the best for keeping people connected and committed to the plan. However, I think the way they keep people connected is horrible. There is a habit among Amway leaders to try to get all of their downline to buy motivational and trainings products. For example, $50 a month for motivational tapes and training by leaders. Really? This is just the start, too, I have heard of IBOs who fork out over $500 every single month. To me, this is just plain bad business. These tapes, books and other tools will do nothing to help an Amway rep bill they chew residual income. Charging for what other companies give away freely just makes the leaders an extra buck before the new Amway IBO fails and quits.

To tell you the truth, I would find it very hard to let anyone that I know and care about join Amway. I do believe that hard work and commitment one can still succeed at the company. There just too many other opportunities are far more income potential.
